I am a Headteacher with 14 years’ experience. I value the contribution that Andy makes to my school. From time to time all schools can have issues around race and equality. Mine is no exception. Andy has worked in all classes twice in recent years and led whole school assemblies. His work immediately leads to raised cultural awareness and respect for others from all children. Our children's behaviour and supportive attitudes are now Outstanding (School and SIP judgement) and Andy's work has been a significant part of this success.
We have used Andy's expertise in liaising with challenging parents who were making allegations around equalities issues. Allegations of this nature can be very stressful to receive and difficult to resolve. Andy's support and mediation resulted in an excellent conclusion to a very complex and sensitive situation.
